Do your hire prices include set up and/or delivery?
No, our prices online are for a one off hire period only and do not include delivery and/or set up.

How much does it cost for set up and/or delivery?
In general, Delivery within 10km of the Swan Valley, Perth is FOC. Depending on the location of the event, the day of the week and times that drop off and pick up is required will determine our competitive price.

Do you deliver out of the Perth Metro area?
We are happy to discuss details and pricing with you. Alternatively your welcome to DIY hire  items for out of Metro events.

Do we need a permit to have a wedding in a park or at a beach?
Yes, you do need a permit if you are staging your wedding ceremony in a public park, garden or even on the beach. Send us through your desired location and Little Olive Tree will be happy to research the details for you.

How long will my Ceremony decorations be setup for?
We work to have the Ceremony decor set up at least 30 minutes prior to the time your ceremony is due to start. This depends on the time you have booked your venue from. The items are then left set for 1 hour from your start time. If you need the Ceremony to be setup longer, we are happy to accommodate.

How far in advance should we book?
Little Olive Tree only Style and Setup one event in a day so all of our attention is focused on you and your event for that day, to avoid disappointment we recommend you book Little Olive Tree as soon as you have your Ceremony, Reception or location booked.

How do we secure a booking?
When the date and time is confirmed as available your booking can be secured by payment of a deposit of nomally 30% of the total cost of your event which is outlined via an itemised quote emailed to you. At this stage we will also send you our Terms and Conditions for you to read and sign.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Direct Deposit, Paypal, Cheque, Money Order and Cash.

Is my deposit refundable?
No, once your deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. If you request a date variation then we can move the booking if the time and date is available.

When is my final payment due?
Your final payment is due 2 – 4 weeks prior to your event date.

I am after an item but I can’t see it on your website?
Please email us with a picture or description and we will be happy to source if from one of our suppliers at a competitive price.
